目的:

为了收集一些资料让我们能够分析目前的生产状况

为了识别出能够提高生产力以及降低成本的区域

在评定期间，我们将参观工厂的生产区，为了了解工厂的组织，生产程序和流程，资料管理，而且跟管理员和监督工谈论工厂的工作系统。

关键人员:

这个评定会十分有效，要是我们能够面会厂长，人事经理，工业工程经理，生产管理员包括质量控制，损耗控制，成本计算，裁剪和缝纫，后整和出货。

需要的信息:

我们需要评论一个月前的数据有关：

直接工人数，间接人员人数（分别裁床，车缝和后整部
一个月内的生产时间
效率和表现控制的资料
质量控制报表
已生产的一些款式的样板，以及一些资料包括：
- 每日的产量
- 生产目标的标准时间，如有
- 流程图表
- 工厂规划
- 操作者的时间平衡和生产线的平衡，如有
- 生产控制系统
