时间和作业研究– 时间测量和应用: 低生产力浪费时间和薪资,但更明显的是,你失去了没有生产的件数的价值。该课程教你怎样在制造中来测量时间, 及怎样使用那个信息来改善效率。40个小时的课堂培训,接下来是20个小时工厂训练和指导来应用该新技能。 课程在GIPC中心讲授,及根据参加的级别可以在你的工厂里进行讲授。

改善车缝技能 – 讲师培训: 持续的改善对高效率是关键的。改善生产力最有效的方法之一是在工厂里讲授改良的车缝技能 。该课程使你能准备小数量的指导工或有经验的车工来培训操作员。该课程侧重于达到较高的速度和较好的质量, 也关注工作地方的组织来把那些没有必要的运动最小化和减少疲劳。该课程根据要求在工厂里进行讲授。

中层管理员 – 监督工/组长培训: 提升工作表现好的操作工来当主管,但没有经过管理技术的培训,厂家经常发现他们不仅得到一个效率低的主管,又是失去了好的操作工。GIPC中层管理培训课程的主要目的是要发展参加者的产线管理的专业技术和管理技能。该课程根据要求在工厂里进行讲授。

使用计算机辅助打纸样:  作为对柬埔寨服装制造商的服务, 在2007 年初GIPC 安装了一台自动绘图仪来创作纸样,唛架和放码 。   GIPC 提供计算机辅助打版/纸样的介绍,及将免费为在柬埔寨的工厂创作纸样和唛架。  地点位于GIPC。

质量控制系统:
如我们所知,生产力不能没有质量而行,所以GIPC质量控制系统具有有效的程序来控制在生产过程每个步骤的质量,包括: 仓库,裁房,车缝和后整部,为了保证生产过程中的布料和辅料的质量。

GIPC也为主管提供技术技能培训, 先进的作业研究, 裁床管理和技能培训, 及能使它的培训适应个体工厂的需求。
咨询和培训由国际服装工程师Heinz Reich先生和Gino Marello先生和我们柬埔寨的技术职员来领导。课程 采用英,柬和中文进行教授。
 
大学培训

柬埔寨大学为学生引入制衣工业


制衣业是柬埔寨经济重要的行业,但很有潜力的青年没有机会了解有关服装的业务、贸易和经济。 在美国国际开发署(USAID)和制衣业生产力中心的帮助下,这种情形正在发生改变。

在2008年5月12日,9位分别来自柬埔寨科技学 院(ITC)、国家管理大学(NUM),诺顿大学与柬埔寨大学的教师参加了主题为“在全球经济中纺织品和服装 ”的培训研讨会。柬埔寨制衣厂商会(GMAC)理事Roger Tan代表柬埔寨制衣厂商会(GMAC)出席了参加者证书仪式。

参与的大 学将在9月提供柬埔寨首个有关在全球经济中的纺织和服装的大专课程给工程,商业和经济专业的学生。

Training Venue: UNIVERSITY of PUTHISASTRA, PHNOM PENH, (with Practice/Implementation at Factory)

 

Who should join: The candidate must be: dynamic, methodical, inquisitive, must have a good personality and a good sense of discipline.

Education required: Minimum BA degree school or 5 years experience in production, management and/or manufacturing process.

Known languages: Khmer and English are essential, Chinese (optional)

Training Course Aim:
To provide a comprehensive overview of production management in the garment industry (theoretical and practical knowledge), during a 3-month course (60 working days) that will prepare graduates for supervisory and management track positions.

Course content: Technical Aspects of Production and Manufacturing process. Supervisory and Management Principles for Apparel Production.

Outcome: Candidates will be prepared for supervisory and management responsibilities in industries currently found in Cambodia, such as garment and footwear, and in prospective industries focused on assembly processes. This program has a direct school-to-employment track for graduates, and will help to prepare educated youth for leadership positions in key productive sectors.

A New Path to a Management Career


Press Release: April 29, 2010

The Cambodia Skills Development Center and Puthisastra University announce the completion of their pilot course in production management, an intensive 3-month program designed to prepare participants for immediate employment in leadership positions in the garment industry. The first graduating class is small, but their achievement is significant: 8 had commitments for employment before the end of the program and to date 4 companies have contacted CASDEC about recruitment.

Production Management Course-Beginning 22 April 2009

The Garment Industry Productivity Center (GIPC) is offering a new program to upgrade production management and supervisory skills; the program is adapted to meet the needs of large manufacturers, and of smaller enterprises and workshops.   

Manufacturers need trained production leadership able to plan, monitor, and adapt production processes based on needed results.  The Production Management course will help individuals currently working in production management or supervision develop their skills with proven working methods enabling them to systemize workflow and output, and structure work so control over production is not a burden but the natural result of production tasks.  

Course content: 
          
·          Principles of Work and Time Study: Efficiency, and Performance calculation, establishing Standard Time.
          
·          Good Supervisor: Duties and Responsibilities of a supervisor, Effective supervision, and House Keeping.
          
·          Quality Control: Quality Control Report, Quality Control system. How to deal with poor quality, this also including the cutting concept.
          
·          Communication: Problem solving, and communication in workplace and motivation.
          
·          Production Planning and Production Control: Planning the balancing and production control throughout the day.  

Outcome: improved production management linked to the goals of upper management for output, cost control, and customer satisfaction
