制衣工业 -工作和时间研究


总课时: 40个小时的课堂教学和60个小时的工厂实践

要求:

  • 如有一些大学学历更好。
  • 有基本数字计算能力
  • 有在制衣工业的实际经验
  • 熟悉制衣过程
  • 流利的英语是很有帮助的; 柬文可接受 (如果需要，将提供中文翻译)

谁应该参加此培训课程:  制衣厂的督导人员（指导工）,中层管理员，有潜力的组长或者一般的操作工人。

目标:

课程将讲授在工业环境里的时间测量给参加者。  课程结束时, 参加者将能够在正确的考虑到工人实际工作时间对比最佳时间的比率，因疲劳而需的时间，机器保养与个人因素的可接受限度下对任何一家制衣厂的生产作业设定标准时间。

参加者将会接收到常用的使用在服饰中的布料的特性的背景知识及原料怎样影响生产方面的培训。  

培训包括了学员们在他们自己工厂的实际应用。


培训内容:

  • 纤维，纱和布料的特性
  • 正确的使用工业秒表
  • 时间测量的基本技能和工业管理学原理
  • 正常时间, 工人实际工作时间对比最佳时间的比率和标准时间的定义和设定
  • 生产工序的循环控制的应用
  • 效率,表现和生产力的定义

推荐器材:  电子秒表的记数是100毫分/分钟。

能力:
课程结束时, 参加者会被测试下面的技能:
正常时间, 工人实际工作时间对比最佳时间的比率和标准时间的定义和判定。
