Higher profits, better quality, and on-time delivery all depend on productivity. But how can you boost productivity if you don’t know how well your factory is performing right now and how that performance can be improved?

The USAID-supported GIPC can help. Over a 6-8 hour period we will assess the manufacturing efficiency of your garment factory. Our report will cover the efficiency of each department in the factory, pinpoint obstacles to productivity, and offer strategies and practical ideas for improvement.
