In addition to overall management responsibility, she is especially focused on building a sustainable Center that will continue to support competitiveness and human capacity development in Cambodia for the long term.

Heinz began his apparel industry career as a tailor, added mechanical engineering studies and a long career managing factories in 3 different countries and consulting in many more. He is sharing his expertise as chief consultant to the industry on productivity and manufacturing issues while he develops the knowledge and skills of a team of technical advisors who will continue to serve the industry.

Norma is a career administrator of development projects with experience working within USAID, and supporting projects in her home country of Indonesia for Nathan Associates and other contractors.
