Jane O’Dell, Chief of Party
Nathan Associates, Inc.

Jane brings the GIPC the knowledge and skills accumulated over many years working with major apparel purchasing concerns in the US. In addition to overall management responsibility, she is especially focused on building a sustainable Center that will continue to support competitiveness and human capacity development in Cambodia for the long term.

Heinz Reich, Technical Advisor
Werner International, Inc.

Heinz began his apparel industry career as a tailor, added mechanical engineering studies and a long career managing factories in 3 different countries and consulting in many more. He is sharing his expertise as chief consultant to the industry on productivity and manufacturing issues while he develops the knowledge and skills of a team of technical advisors who will continue to serve the industry.

Norma Simanjuntak, Project Administrator
Nathan Associates, Inc.

Norma is a career administrator of development projects with experience working within USAID, and supporting projects in her home country of Indonesia for Nathan Associates and other contractors.

The GIPC began in 2006 as a three year project of USAID. The implementing team is led by international development consulting firm Nathan Associates, Inc. Technical expertise in apparel production is supplied by Werner International, Inc., and the institutional development consultants of AIRD, Inc. provide project support on workforce development issues.
