Principle of Supervision

The course will develop the line management expertise and supervision skills of the participant. The course will also discuss garment construction, cutting and garment- making techniques to ensure proper understanding of global manufacturing requirements.



Duration

60 hours classroom, 40 hours on the job.

Requirements

Relevant experience in an industrial sewing factory as a supervisor or assistant supervisor. English fluency helpful, Khmer acceptable. (Chinese translation available)
